The problem we walked into.

Buying a used vehicle here means trusting a stranger's word on mileage, accident history and condition. Listing sites treat two cars of the same model as the same product — which is precisely the detail that sets the price — and they let anyone post, so a buyer cannot tell an established showroom from a phone number and three photographs.

How we framed it.

Two decisions carried the product. Every physical vehicle gets its own listing and its own condition history, because no two used cars are the same thing. And only dealers we have checked in person appear at all — trade licence, ownership, and a visit to the showroom — so the marketplace is worth trusting before a buyer has to.

What we shipped.

A marketplace where every listing is one real vehicle with its condition on record, sitting on top of a complete sales system for the dealer. Buyers call, message, make an offer or book a test drive; dealers manage stock, enquiries and reservations in the same place they run the showroom.
