Challenge

The problem we walked into.

A phone shop does not sell twelve of an item — it sells this handset, with this serial number, this warranty and this trade-in history. Ordinary retail software counts stock in quantities, so it can never answer the question that actually comes up at the counter: which warranty covers the device in front of me?

Approach

How we framed it.

Built on the same foundation as our pharmacy product, so an electronics retailer gets a proven offline-capable till from day one, with the parts that matter to them — individual devices, warranties and trade-ins — layered on top rather than bolted on.

Solution

What we shipped.

A shop system where every device is tracked individually from intake to sale to warranty claim, including trade-ins taken in part exchange with the identity checks that requires.

Features
  • Every device tracked individually by serial number, with photos
  • Warranty terms recorded per device and recalled instantly at the counter
  • Trade-in intake with the identity checks that resale requires
  • The same offline-capable till and compliant invoicing as our pharmacy product
  • Its own app on the Play Store and App Store
