Challenge

The problem we walked into.

A nonprofit had a tight launch window and two audiences to convince at once: donors deciding whether to trust them, and government partners deciding whether to work with them. Most of their visitors would arrive on a cheap phone over a slow connection.

Approach

How we framed it.

Credibility first, on a slow connection. The site had to load fast on modest hardware, read naturally in both Bengali and English, and look established from the first visit — and the team had to be able to add to it themselves afterwards.

Solution

What we shipped.

A fast, accessible bilingual site covering mission, projects, donor sign-up and contact — with a template the team extends themselves, on hosting that costs nothing to run.

  • Mission, project listings, donor sign-up and contact
