The problem we walked into.
Companies outgrow spreadsheets at exactly the moment they can least afford the disruption. Attendance gets disputed, tasks live in chat threads, sales figures arrive a week late, and payroll becomes a monthly reconstruction from memory. The HR tools on the market assume everyone sits at a desk in one office.
How we framed it.
We built for the person in the field first. Staff clock in from where they actually are, log a sale in seconds, and see the month ahead on one screen. Managers get the oversight they need without staff feeling watched — access is set per person, so everyone sees their own work and nothing more.
What we shipped.
A manager's console covering staff records, tasks, attendance, sales, reports and access — paired with an employee app for iPhone and Android that works the way field staff actually work.
- Employee app with a month-view task calendar, location-verified clock-in and sales entry
- Manager console: staff records, task assignment, attendance corrections, payroll documents, sales leaderboard
- Access set per person, so staff see their own work and nothing more
- A built-in assistant that logs tasks, sales and attendance from plain language
- Old records retired automatically on a schedule, so the system stays fast as the team grows
Carlink — used-car marketplace platform
The 2025 build: buyer-to-seller chat with voice messages, dealer accounts, and posting a listing to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok in one action. Succeeded by the rebuilt CarLink marketplace.
